Last July 17 2008 The Driven Fear From sydney australia put a blast yeah the gig was great from guerra mundial then Destruction Of Trust, R.D.A. ,E.O.T., D.f.p., Paraconflict, Disabuse, Co-Arse , Resurrected and Alkoholokost and Sedition
but shit happens when alkoholokost want to play first yeah they want to play first and the fucking german (i dunno her name) attack us outside the venue telling that if alkoholokost will not play were fucking sexist and our scene is asshole yeah !!! she better ask her fellow punk in germany if we are asshole or sexist hahaha but that's the only shit happens the gig was one drunk of a night see you again next time in the pit!!!

hey thanks too for including us in the lineup
correction lang - we did not want to play first, we
just wanted the order in the lineup which was shown to us followed.. we were already informed that we would be playing after a certain number of bands and when we checked again, the lineup was changed, two more bands were added to play ahead of us.. we arrived early at the venue so it wouldn't be fair if we will get bumped off the list by bands which just arrived - so that's what happened, we just insisted for the order to be followed.
as for the german girl, i suggest you take it up with her, as to how, i also don't know as i just met her that night and although i know that she got upset about the lineup thing, i did not exactly see her attack anyone nor hear her say that the scene here is sexist and asshole.. she was actually enjoying watching the other bands.. that is, before the lineup brouhaha.. ah well, i wish she could see this post so she would be able to speak for herself..

no one needs a debate to clear something or to voice out their feelings, i think alkoholokost wants to speak just for the said shit things which happen on that gig, and no need to argue with that. line-up is line-up so no matter how cute the band is or how old them in the scene or whatever,they can easily get the much early slot for them to play, i don't know what happen on that gig about the line-up. but both of you need to talk to make things clear not to talk about the things which leads to misunderstanding.

Well I Think our friend here is refering to the foreigner who bubbled not to Alcoholokost.

We've proven our hospitality to our foreign friends who came. They enjoyed their stay; as a matter of fact some of them go back here just for a visit or vacation.

Organizing an event is not that easy. Especially lining up bands. This issue always happens in events.There should be give and take from Bands and Organizers.

Just unexpected circumstances.
I just feel bad on what is happening here..
We are supposed to be one.But this incedent
is just creating a crack on our community.

kung tutuusin isa kami (E.O.T) sa nagpasingit(first time namin tong ginawa, at humihingi ako ng despensa dahil isa kami sa dahilan kung bakit nausog ang line-up) dahil nag-usap kami ni aey na uuwi kami ng maaga pero di rin nangyari dahil maaga rin natapos ang gig. kaya ayun...
